BOW VALLEY BRANCH - ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Bow Valley Branch of the Navy League of Canada invites all members and parents to the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Next AGM date TBA, held at the Heritage Christian Academy. Coffee and snacks will be available before the meeting.   

The AGM is essential for reviewing financial statements for the past and upcoming year, and for voting in new Board members. The Bow Valley Branch, a volunteer parent-led board, manages the business and financial aspects of the corps, supporting activities for the 335 Calgary Royal Canadian Sea Cadets and 166 John A Hamilton Navy League Cadets. 

The Board is actively seeking volunteers to join, with a commitment of one meeting per month (approximately 2 hours). Adequate attendance is necessary to meet quorum requirements for the voting process. 

Reports from the Commanding Officers of both the Sea Cadets and Navy League programs will be presented. Attendees are encouraged to review the AGM Agenda and the minutes from the previous AGM. Agenda and previous minutes to be available in Fall 2026. Please stay tuned!
