CADET REGISTRATION

1. Download F(320) and F(321). These forms may be completed electronically, printed and then completed by hand. If completed by hand, print legibly and in block letters. Only completed, printed, hard copy forms will be accepted.
2. Create a copy of cadet's current Provincial Medical Insurance (Alberta Health Care).
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for each cadet being registered for the 2026/7 instructional calendar.
4. Collect all documentation together, bring to Registration on September 3, 2026 at 1800 hrs. Come early to have a better chance at cadet membership confirmation.

VOLUNTEER APPLICATION

1. Download F(302). This form may be completed electronically, printed and then completed by hand. If completed by hand, print legibly and in block letters. Only completed, printed, hard copy forms will be accepted.
2. Create a copy of two (2) pieces of official identification, one (1) of which must include a photo.
3. Provide one (1) recent photograph of yourself, taken within the last three (3) months.
4. Collect all documentation together, bring to Registration on September 3, 2026 at 1800 hrs. During the evening, you will have an opportunity to meet with Bow Valley board members regarding volunteer opportunities.

To complete your application, we will require a Canadian Police Records Check (PRC) with the Vulnerability Sector Screening (VSS)
